Payment Terms
Cash on Delivery
Orders can be paid upon delivery directly to the courier. This service is available only for residents of Kyiv and nearby cities (the full list can be уточнюється with your account manager). Payments are accepted исключительно in the national currency (UAH).
Bank Transfer
Payment can be made based on an invoice issued by your personal account manager.
You can complete the payment at any commercial bank branch in your city or via mobile banking applications (such as Privat24, Oschadbank, Monobank, etc.).
Please note: When making a payment at a bank branch, funds may take up to three business days to be credited to our account. The official payment date is considered the date the funds are received. We recommend placing orders and completing payments in advance.
Delivery Options
We offer three delivery methods:
Courier Delivery (Kyiv and surrounding areas)
- Minimum order value for courier delivery within Kyiv: 5,000 UAH
- Orders below 5,000 UAH are delivered on a scheduled (route-based) basis within 1–3 days
- Delivery hours: 12:00–18:00 on business days
- Orders placed before 11:00 can be delivered the same day
Self Pickup
- Available Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
- Address, contact details, and map are available in the “Contacts” section
Nationwide Delivery Across Ukraine via "Nova Post"

Delivery to Nova Poshta branch:
- Orders up to 10,000 UAH — shipping paid by the recipient
- Orders above 10,000 UAH — shipping covered by us

Door-to-door delivery:
- Orders up to 15,000 UAH — shipping paid by the recipient
- Orders above 15,000 UAH — shipping covered by Vetmarket Group
- Dispatch to the carrier: on the day the order is placed
- Delivery times: according to Nova Poshta terms
Delivery conditions for bulky orders or shipments exceeding 10 kg are agreed individually with your account manager.
